Chutes are constantly subjected to material impact at high temperatures, resulting in severe wear and tear. The harsh working conditions place high demands on wear-resistant alloys, so selecting appropriate welding materials is particularly important.

In the hardness test, the Rockwell hardness of the wear-resistant welding wire after heat treatment at 850 ℃ is above 55, which is 95.0% of that at room temperature. The wear amount after heat treatment is very low, with a relative wear amount of 5.6 times that of high chromium cast iron. It has excellent wear resistance and no weld layer detachment phenomenon was observed in the impact detachment test. Based on the results of hardness and wear tests, it can be concluded that the material has excellent comprehensive performance, indicating that it is suitable for the welding of chute lining plates. It is recommended to use this material.
